Ordering is simple! Just follow the steps below:
Fill out the form below.
Once you’ve filled out the form, Mailpac will create a Lands End account for you with your child/children’s age groups selected.
Mailpac will send you a Lands End link with your generic password to access your Lands End account. Information will be sent to the email address you provide below.
You will place all the items you need into your Lands End shopping cart.
Once you have placed your items in your cart, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, confirming that you are ready to place your order.
Mailpac will send you an electronic invoice to the email below. The invoice will have a number of payment options (payment options below).
Once you’ve paid for your items we will place your order on your behalf.
Uniforms will take 10 - 15 days from the time of payment to arrive in Jamaica.
How much will I pay for my item?
The total purchase price for your uniforms will be the sum of:
The total cost of the items in your shopping cart (at Lands End prices)
The shipping and clearance cost (Mailpac has created a special pricing structure for AISK where each item is only US$4.00 to ship, clear and deliver to you)
Given that Mailpac is separating your shipments into individual items, the $4.00 charge will cover all duty charges and processing fees related to your shipment.
What if I already have a Lands End account?
If you already have a Lands End account, you have two options:
You can change your password to a simple generic one and email your login information to us at email@example.com. We will login and complete your order for you.
If you have a Lands End account and would like to order on your own, then write us to request a Mailpac address from us and you can send the items to that address when ordering.
How do I pay for my items?
Mailpac provides multiple payment options for your convenience.
You can come into any of our 12 locations across the island with your invoice and pay in store. We accept cash, credit cards and debit cards.
You can pay with your credit card over the phone by calling927-PACK (7225). You will need to send us a copy of your ID as well as the card. All information is deleted after processing.
You can pay for your items through a bank transfer with NCB or Scotiabank. We will provide the account number upon request.
